Growing the Sport

Tennis has always been a big part of my life, and I believe it can be a bigger part of Campbell River’s future.

My name is Jeremey Folster, and I’m working to grow the game of tennis in our community. Over the years, I’ve built a career in real estate, founded Primal Athletics, and spent years working in the banking industry. Through these experiences, I’ve seen how strong communities are built — and how important it is to give back to the place you call home.

Right now, I’m focused on creating more opportunities for people to play tennis in Campbell River. Whether you’re picking the game back up after years away, trying it for the first time, or looking to improve, my goal is to make it easier and more welcoming to get on the court.

This project is about more than just lessons or clinics. It’s about building a stronger tennis community in Campbell River — one that can continue to grow for years to come. Eventually, I’d love to see us develop indoor courts so we can play year-round, no matter the weather.

If you’ve been thinking about playing more tennis, I’d love to have you involved. Whether you want to join a session, bring a friend, or just stay in the loop, you’re welcome here.

Let’s grow tennis in Campbell River together.
